There is simply no excuse for so many senior players letting the club and fans down on a weekly basis for the past 3/4 years.Rumours that Taylor doesn’t want Hodgson as coach, and if true, then time for Taylor to leave as he’s a shadow of the player from 2016/17.

At least one new experienced assistant and an overhaul of the conditioning staff is needed.
The club is in freefall,Said it weeks ago and as was lambasted by the usual clique of posters on here. There has to be a reason for Pearsons silence and i guess over the next few weeks or even next week we will find out why. Another embarrassing defeat at Salford will make no difference now as most fans have lost interest in the club and the game and thats a serious problem for Pearson particularly as there will; be very little interest in the Derby with little financial gain
I’ve also followed fc for 60 yrs but the nonsense about motu is ridiculous. There’s a limited talent pool of players. They have agents and they all speak to each other. It’s about personalities and end of the day the “best deal “ on the table. Just like in real working life. I’ve said before about rowley , he’s transformed Salford and Sneyd He has man managed and sold a concept to the players. I saw hodgson after the match and really felt for the guy. He is doing is best with one arm tied behind his back but he’s trying to galvanise a group of players that are not understanding or accepting his ideas.

Hey guys thanks for all the thumbs up on my earlier post most unexpected.
Let me say reading through this thread it's not all about money or marquee players see my club never had a marquee player (although the Crofts and Hastings of this world would be anywhere else) hell we don't even get anywhere near the cap. We had Salford boy Watson but he fancied having a go at emptying Ken's wallet and I said I wouldn't have him back on this forum not because he sh^t on us but because Rowley is better, incidentally our march on the grand final and Wembley came after Rowley joined "the backroom" whether that had anything to do with it I don't know.
My point being don't give up on your club, how many times do you think I've thought that in 52 years of watching mine ? also through lack of success it's easy to see how a club has "no fans" thats what we get, but I've watched in interest with other clubs recently and when you see the like of Leeds taking a couple of hundred to Wigan or even yourselves c'mon how many are coming Thursday ? then it's easy to see, but we had our time in 2019 think we managed thousands at OT and maybe we would at Wembley we'll never know, I was there though just to cheer the boys into the stadium.
Anyway it would be nice to see some of you on Thursday come and watch some "Rowleyball" it's breathtaking. Cheers
The fans, the members, the people there.. from the day I stepped foot onto that field at the AJ Bell Stadium,I knew I would love that club for the rest of my life. "Jackson Hastings"..
Worry a little bit every day and in a lifetime you will lose a couple of years. If something is wrong, fix it if you can. But train yourself not to worry. Worry never fixes anything.

Weve had too many false dawns for people to buy into it, you only habe to look how much we charge to watch us play.
Im glad you guys are looking after Sneyd and having a real go, your club has being a breath of fresh air the last few seasons. Good luck.
We have gone down the road of sacking coaches when the players have decided they don't like them. This time we are going a different route. Not saying it's gonna work but it's a route we are going. How maddening would it be to see certain players still here after getting rid of 2 coaches

Thats a drum ive being banging for a while, a new coach wpuldnt have us any higher up the table. I think you also see alot about players in these situations, if they is a players revolt then get rid of them. You dont need them loose cannons around the place.
Really tough time to be an FC fan, but I will renew for ever, there have been worse times in the past. To me the repeat serious injuries are not ‘bad luck’ - does the club apply analysis to these ? Style of play a big factor, lack of movement and running our guys into brick walls, leading to slow ptb, sluggish service and onrushing defence, reset ……… Preparation questionable we don’t look fit or strong enough, lots of concern about too much training on the 4g…. Don’t see us making the most of what we have.
We've seemed to have an injury crisis every season since 2018. If it was the odd season I'd put it down to bad luck, but it's too regular. All with the same head of S&C...
Fully agree that attitude a major factor too, but if players disaffected we need to address why ?
Good management all about getting ‘buy in’ from everybody to shared objectives etc - there is no evidence of that at all.
Body language from BH really poor, last 2 weeks seen him behind the posts on warm up & at the bench on Friday - but no talk with anybody at all !! Feel for him & AP & many of the players. Has to start with a culture reset otherwise tweaking personnel will not make a difference.
