The tribunal system has become a joke. Mainly due to the inconsistencies. Contact to the head is a classic example. The Laws of the Game strictly prohibit intentional, reckless or careless contact with the head
and/or neck of an opponent. So when the findings say initial contact was with the shoulder is that not reckless or careless. Yet after the early season blitz of bans we now see this given as an excuse for no charge. Crusher tackles have become non existent, unless the victim lies on the floor until a medical team come on. There are others, but the lack of any consistency makes the whole process flawed.

no they wont- unless its a real shocker the players will get away without a ban, just like they dont card them during a final the same.
