Would be an excellent signing, exactly what we need.
A few weeks ago I was starting to ponder if I would buy another pass and put myself through another year of drearyness, but the injection of pace and attack of our new signings has changed my mind
I’ve been critical of BH at times, but at least we seem to have a plan in mind, with the type of players they’re targeting. Not had that in many years, our recruitment / retention seemed more reactive than anything previously.
Allied to the new training facility, it’s pretty positive.

Yes, not sure about the Dywer signing, but he is the type of hooker we need and will should see the end of Hougton as an 80 minute hooker.
One more year for Houghton, with Balmforth as back up and ready to replace him the year after.
Be interesting to see what happens with Smith and Lovodua, as I'd only keep one and it would be Smith for me who stays.

I think its too soon to tell with Smith and as far as im aware Hull have an option on Joe so they can probably get him cheap for another year. Nice dilemma to have though.
I'd be happy to see Houghton stay an extra year if we signed Dwyer. Think they would both work well together, and hopefully by the end of next season Balmforth will be ready to share the 9 duties with Dwyer.

Still think we need one more big prop though
Already have 3 non fed players and a massive amount of cap tied up at prop.
Sign Dywer and another backrower and I'd be pretty happy with our recruitment.

As long as we sub Houghton, don't play him at 13 etc.
