Think you’re over reading what Seth means. I think he’s saying we’ve turned a corner under Smith and that our journey for the next few years will be a more positive one. We might win some things, we might not, but we will play better rugby and be involved at the business end again more often than not.
It's not how much talent you've got, it's what you do with it that counts.

Not true though is it , he has been our best attacking threat for a long time now and his defence is up there with most . I for one am sad he is going and he will come back to haunt us .

He’s a spark And always will be. Amity likes the Ozzy controlling type of 9 though. Fair enough….

It is true. He makes too many errors. He had a good game tonight, but let's not get bleary eyed. He's leaving for a reason.

Agree, Dwyer can be a game changer. I'm sorry he's going, but in Rohan we trust...

And that's the key. For all Dwyer has improved in recent weeks, the salary cap means that we've to make these key decisions to strengthen in the right areas and with Smith backing Leeming, Johnson and O'connor, dwyers salary can be put to good use. Rohan clearly has a plan and who is any fan to argue given the evidence on the field.
