It's the statement that it causes flexion of the neck and spine, he falls on the floor like a toddler does 20 times a day and gets straight back up FFS!
It's utter b*locks. Flexion of the spine involves bending in a forwards direction. I doubt any front on hit to the upper body could cause flexion. Extension is where you bend backwards though even that's doubtful here.
