Always felt like Sutcliffe was a victim of his own versatility at Leeds. He will be an upgrade on Griffin of '22 without a doubt.
Carlos Sutcliffe Wynne Mitch Griffin Scott (if gets a new deal)
Is a ridiculous amount of centres to have in the squad, hopefully Scott doesn't get a new deal & Griffin is moved on because no way that guy is a 2nd rower for 25+ games a season.

I think injuries have shown you need to have a few players, I'd keep Scott, a few that can play on the wing too.
Agree about Griffin, but think he might be here next year, as will eb on a good a wage so will sit out his deal here, a bit like Shaul and Bowden did.
He’s a good player, but I personally think too slow for a first choice centre, and def not tough enough for the pack. However does have excellent utility value, but he’s had lots of injuries over the years too? And is by no means a fresh 27 year old in the RL sense. We have not used him that sensibly, and he in turn was quite immature. But def improved in the application aspect now….. All in all, he’ll add something to your squad, but I do worry he’ll become a scapegoat as that’s what happened here…..

Fair post, I think he will be a good signing for us, its all about improving our 17, and I think him, Hoy and Truemam will do that.

Good player apart from being slow, windy and always injured.

Cue Bonaire but he’s already said he doesn’t rate him

Don't worry he'll be fine. If you read this forum on a regular basis there'll be many in front of him

We should be looking at much better quality than Sutcliffe if the club are serious about making inroads into the top four. The Leeds guy who posted has no axe to grind and echoes what a lot of Leeds supporters think. We know we need to add some speed yet we sign another utility player who is short of pace yet seemingly to be a first choice centre. So the question you have to ask is where does Hodgson play Connor given a fit Tuimavave should be first choice right centre. That question then brings up the possibility that Connor may be leaving as Hull look to cash in on him. Will the signings of Hoy,Trumeman and Sutcliffe suddenly make us into a top four team the answer is No. Our second row is not big and powerful enough and our front row needs shaking up with an additional big mobile player to stop the complacency . It says something when Brad Fash has suddenly become the teams star forward
