Think it will be close. Just give us 100% that's all. It's not a gimme I mean our injury list is awful. With a full team we are only a 5/6 team anywhere.

The bit is bold is all as fans we ask but the issue is there a certain few that just throw the towel in and it seems to spread throughout the team when adversity hits, other teams seem to be galvanised by adversity we have players (and have done for far too long) who see it as an excuse. This isn't helped with seemingly very little if any accountability or responsibility as individuals or a team and this needs to change.
Look at the difference in last nights game Wigan were coasting in the first half and slacked off yet Peet wasn't happy and he let them know & took them to task at half time even though it was a game they were never going to lose. Rovers despite losing 4 players and only being able to finish the game with 12 still chased everything up until the closing minutes. Its the difference in attitude and one we lack within the club that is why fans gets frustrated and p!5sed off with some defeats as its clear they just throw the towel in or fail to turn up. Which is why I still find the Cas capitulation the most troubling as it followed other shambolic and pitiful performances yet that was how they react at home to supposedly right the wrongs of 2 nillings and batterings.
I really enjoy long walks especially when they are taken by people I don't like!

Balmforth injured, Severs in Academy team, I can see him bringing Barron on moving Simm and putting Connor 6, if not working let's not forget Smith not played for a bit. Can see Connor defending centre attacking at FB

Best option than moving players around. If its not going well then Hodgson has a cunning plan to put Barron on the wing, move Simm to centre,Connor to six and give Smith a rest if needed. What a surprise to see Johnstone in the 17 again.I could slightly understand if he was used to rotate with Houghton but that never happens I wonder if Purtill has managed to get him another year
