you have to seriously ask the question Why is Hodgson still in a job today? He is living on the credit of Shentons work with the reserves and Academy but Pearson seems to have forgotten thats it the first team that generates most of the income for the club. The club is now in freefall under this current coach Keep saying this but Hodgsons recruitment has been so poor in his time here yet Pearson seems to be backing him with the recruitment for next season and to bring a young winning team which in my opinion will end up being another big mistake from the owner. Its clear that the teams on field indiscipline has been a huge problem under Hodgson yet he talks about it but nothing is done.If the coach cannot control that then he is hardly going to have players listening to him in the dressing room or on the training field. The club seems to have mediocrity running through it and needs a clearout from top to bottom including the current Physio and conditioning team I asked the question last week who our Physio was as i was concerned just how many injuries and recurring injuries we have and was told Chris John yet if you look at his Profile on Linkedin before he joined Hull fc in 2018 his only sports injury background was in 2016 as a part time Physio for Hull Citys Academy. I guess he is learning on the job but could his lack of experience in the field be part of the problem.

Perhaps the only plus we can take out of this latest debacle is that Toulouse lost at home to Salford!! I've actually been following the score because for me that's how bad things are.

Even that raises questions, how are Salford now 6th on a relatively low budget having had to rebuild their team twice after their Grand Final? One answer is they have an experienced head coach!

Its getting silly and desperate when we are aspiring for Paul Rowley. Salford are benefitting from Leeds,Wire, Rovers and ourselves not hitting the heights we should be. I doubt they will stay around if the four teams ive mentioned shape up.
Just having a quick look and a staggering 9 players are still at the club from the awful 2018 season. 13 players from 2019 and a staggering 19 players from Radfords last season at the club.
Who the hell is giving these contracts out ? Who keeps rewarding failure ? That is the problem we have, no standards whatsoever. I used to think it was a confidence thing and hope a winning run would sort that but when you see them stats it looks like weve tried polishing a turd for too long.
If Hodgson goes these lot wouldnt fair much better then they are. They are poor players lets be honest and an even worse team.

Im not aspiring for Rowley at all, just pointing out Salford are currently the team in form for 6th of a lower budget than whatever we, Leeds and Wire have wasted this season

But you did state Rowley was an experienced first team coach which a lot of posters are saying Pearson should go for. Inference is everything!!
