AP is a great guy and has rescued the Club. Trueman and Hoy signings prove he's a big fan and financially ok for now.
BUT it doesn't make him a great man manager. Head Coaches need managing. Shane Richardson had Sean McCrae working his socks off. As soon as Shane left then the wheels fell off quickly and all of a sudden it wasn't Sean's fault anymore. Sean used the cancer word as a smokescreen for his own failings.
Adam is the one constant in all these failed head coaches. Look at the Cleveland Browns ( of whom I'm a passionate fan since 1989).
I know them nearly as well as I know FC. Haslams are like Adam. Very generous and kind and kept the Clubs afloat.
However, they stuck by the head coach who had a record of 3-36 - Hue Jackson. They then brought another clown in after that.
Nice wealthy people who still can't manage.
Adam seems to be falling into that trap. BH is no head coach at FC. If that's the best you can do then the Players aren't playing for you.
0-60 v Wigan same again. Losing at Wakey - same again. KR away - SHOCKING.
AP needs to buy in a world class Coach who can save him money by turning average players into good players and good players into great players, ala Brian Smith.
