I'm not sure Simm and Longstaff are what we need, we have plenty of young backs and forwards of our own. Think a more experienced overseas backrower to replace Mau. Not sure either of those are ready defefensivly for SL yet, looked weak in both games so far.
50/50 on Walker, I wouldn't be rushing on any decisions on the 3 loan player's.

Personally I wouldn't make any until their seen in a stronger team without so many injury.
I'm alarmed that Hodgson has made it clear the young players coming in arnt used to the senior teams systems, sorry but why don't the u16s upwards all play from the same playbook like they do in the Nrl so any kid stepping up automatically knows his role on the team? Beggars belief from what's meant to be a professional setup

If anything we should be using the academy play book, they play a much better style of rugby.

I hope we give Simm a chance at centre to see how he goes there.
He must be better than Griffin and it’s unfair to judge him playing outside a massively out of form player.
Simms and Walker still early days but still think they will do ok. Long staff not so sure. Looks to small and Last nights back three with Laidlaw and fash as props must be the smallest pack we've had in yrs.
once a black and white always a black and white COYH
