This is what I'm saying about who's making the decisions and signing off contract extensions, seriously need to give there head a wobble. There's a clear lack of judgement on players being past their best at this club. Bad news about Trueman, starting to think we're cursed, really looking forward to him joining, fingers crossed he recovers well.

I don't think we would shaft Trueman. That sends all sorts of bad messages. We have MacNamara and Hookem who can both cover 7 while Jake recovers. They will have the whole off season to be ready for that so it isn't a disaster.
The more I think about it the more I like the idea of moving Connor into the halves. So a fit Walker with Shaul and Litten backing up looks like a good shout if Tex Ahoy isn't coming.
I think if we are splashing cash we need a wide forward. Someone experienced who can fill the gap and help develop the kids we've got coming through.

problem is he will lose some of his pace
If he has not signed yet the club should think seriously about bringing him in particularly that he will miss the whole of pre season training

He's the only halfback at our club who has had a decent game this season!
