I wonder what % of fans have seen these players play who they are clamoring for though. Even that article says Hookem has starred for the academy after his injury, not sure how somebody who is nearing 21 can play for an 18's team.

What an absolute legend. Absolutely hit the nail on the head in his latest article, absolutely no punchs pulled.
Echoed exactly what me and a few more on here have been pointing out, and sometimes mocked for.
Actually named players and their shortcomings, players who are homegrown and who have lost their passion for playing for the club that pays them a nice wage.

Again another honest appraisal of the state of affairs and well constructed piece. Thankfully he hasn't sugar coated things (nor should he) and called certain players out for the poor attitude especially to local old guard.
For me with Ben Mac and Gale back then I’d have Lovodua in at 9 with Balmforth on the bench and Houghton dropped completely. Taylor probably lucky in that Evans & Sao banned but I’d be tempted to still drop him in favour of lads who are hungry and willing to bust their balls for the club. Would love to see Litten in at FB at the weekend too.
I really enjoy long walks especially when they are taken by people I don't like!

Yeh that piece is spot on. I worried that he would soften up when the club saw what he was writing but no one can complain because its the absolute truth as far as the fans who really care are concerned. I hope those that 'the cap fits' read it and realise that it is not Dan speaking for himself but him just mirroring what all us lot are thinking, seeing and saying.
