Good move getting rid of Agar and with players coming back I fancy you to finish 5th this season.
He's the best running hooker for sure but how was his defence ?

Need to bear in mind Hull were busted and when young Scott at right centre went off Injured they really struggled on the right side. They had 4 hookers on at times, 2 at HB, props in second row etc etc. But still great to see the attacking intent again. Walters went OK but hard to judge as in last 20 minutes we had so much ball. Very entertaining stuff to watch today. Myler playing deep into the line and passing so late creates a load of chances and tries.
Yeah Hull were all over the place and we shouldn't read too much into the scoreline, but what we can say about the side under Smith is that we look like a side capable of scoring tries. That wasn't the case earlier in the season.
Woody: Can I pour you a draft, Mr. Peterson?
Norm: A little early, isn't it Woody?
Woody: For a beer?
Norm: No, for stupid questions.
The extended highlights that are now up give a better indication of some of the attack leeds were producing. A couple of principles that stand out are the intention to draw 2 or 3 defenders around the ball carrier then move the ball on to create space. Also the attacking ploy of running in pairs with the support very close to the ball carrier, makes it very difficult for the defence to number off and account for the short ball. Also sezer looked quick on a couple of breaks and how rapid was Handley on his attempt on macintosh, he had to make up a lot of ground on him and nearly did.

Yeh, interesting problem at FB. Hardaker is an excellent running FB with attacking threat. But Myler links the play so well and when he joins the line and creates the extra body his passing will always create opportunities. Great problem to have. Myler probably just edges it. Feel for Jack Walker. Looks likely he'll have to move on.

Such a bloody rollercoaster supporting this club!
I was full of apathy, missed my second away game in quite a few years, and they go and put on that performance.
I’ve only seen the highlights but some of that attacking rugby was easily the best I’ve seen since 2015.
If we can put more of those performances on this year snd hopefully get some props I think we might have a better year next year, loving how Smith has transformed our attack!
