Hodgson has said another academy player plus hookem is in the team for Leeds.

Well Houghton might be different, but after that happens to me, I normally need a little sleep!
You bring Hookem into the organisation role, but then your hooker doesn't give him the ball.
Major flaws in this setup. Too much freedom given to the players, more structure needed they need to stick too.
So when a player gets injured and a young lad steps in the structures remain the same. I wonder do our academy teams have the same in play structures and plays as the seniors? I know they do from grassroots up in the NRL
