This is the crux of it. The hierarchy probably can't do much but the team certainly could. Don't think this bunch has the singlemindedness to do owt but I guarantee they could persuade anyone falling short that seeing out their contract won't do much for their psychological well-being.

I'm not sure a rocket up his backside is the right approach for Bentley, I don't know the guy but have a feeling an arm around his shoulder and a fatherly type talk would go further with him. Tet however is another story

If Tetevano's unhappy he'll be able to find a club in the NRL. As others have said, most NRL teams won't have a clue or care about SL. They'll look at his record (like we did) and say that he played for two of the best sides in the Roosters and Panthers, and for NZ. There's an extra team in the NRL next year, and there will be space for the likes of Tetevano.

I agree.
I'm not a pheasant plucker, i'm a pheasant pluckers son and i'm only plucking pheasants till the pheasant plucker comes.
He was Handy for Cas back in 2017 & 2018 I thought and with us releasing Mellor & Broadbent going on Loan would make sense if we was getting him for rest of this season, plus now Tetevano will be missing for a period with suspension. I'd take him for rest of the season and if he settles down well offere him a extension for next season and beyond Springer & Sangare offer more than Tetevano & Prior now.
