Agree it’s harsh. But if there’s separation and the ball hits the ground before he regathers then strictly speaking to the letter of the law it’s a knock on. It’s always difficult to see on the replays as we get a grainy image- I presume they get something a bit clearer.

It was a try every day of the week , shocking call !
