Chuck Denive in on the bench too. We need something else from 9.

There is also Cam Scott so we have options in the 3/4s.
I'd definitely bring Balmforth in, try and get some spark out of dummy half.

Gentle had bad luck too and was similarly unable to change things.

Gentle had really bad luck with fourteen players out at one point together with a rat nibbling at his heels but he did get us to a C/C final. This guy talks well but i dont think he is able to instill the discipline we need into the club and it looks like we are carrying an assistant coach in Purtill who from what we can see on the field is doing nothing positive at the club.
I have no doubt Pearson will lose patience with Hodgson

I appreciate the lack of recognised halfs but it would be nice to see some sort of attacking shape even if its badly executed but there is nothing atm.

Tonight it was glaringly obvious to anyone that we simply have no structure in place in terms of attack. Hell even BH himself has said a couple of times he lets the players take care of that, which I didn’t think he meant literally every aspect of it but after tonight you have to wonder.

One of the reasons we always struggle when we lose players was that we had little structure previously. Under Ellis we at least look to have defensive structures so which help when missing players and he expects effort. What had KP done as s coach at this club as he’s supposedly worked on the attacking side since been here but I fail to see any structure.

This is why the likes of St’s, Wigan, Leeds etc fared better when missing key players as they had structures they could rely on that all the players knew which helped them in those circumstances and why the young players always seem to look like the werentbout of place as they knew the plays & structures.

We don’t have anything close to it in attack at all and as mentioned Houghton went to Lovodua just about everytime which was predictable again not a sniff of variation in play.

I really enjoy long walks especially when they are taken by people I don't like!

Must've been a nasty knock Gale got then.
Speedy recovery to them both.

Think tonight also showed that to give Houghton any year would be a mistake a few times late on he just totally went the wrong way with his pass selection. I wouldn't be too bothered if Taylor never got another contract he looks a shadow of the player he was.

We rely on individuals, not systems

Injuries, blah blah, great effort, blah blah, 15 players, blah blah, Tex Hoy, blah blah, jam tomorrow, blah blah

What's wrong with that it's 2022?

This week there was a bloke at the gym who wore a blond wig with an alice band (not joking) who looked like Daphne from Scooby Doo and he bench pressed 100kg (made the last bit up)

Point I'm trying to make is there is no need to dress up as a women behind closed doors. Feel free to do what you want any old time.
