Quite liked the look of him from what I’ve seen, maybe a daft question but do French players count on the quota?

The article says he's born in Mali and is non quota.

Good signing I reckon. A little raw but looks to have a high ceiling which if Rohan is the coach he appears to be means good things. Has one of those qualities you can’t teach in size too.
