They were all awesome.
The stars just weren’t lined up our way.
We didn’t do like hull KR and get embarrassed 50-0. We got to the final and we gave wigan a massive blooming punch in the nose.
Im hoping we get to meet wigan for round two in the grand final and finish them off.

Thanks very much for bringing that up! We(KR) owe someone big time for that. Sometimes it,s just not your day and everything goes wrong, and that was ours. To be fair Leeds were on fire and had their "golden generation" players all available, hey ho, moving on.
What I think is harder is to lose it at the death, like you did, great effort, and if that kick through ball had bounced another way, you would have won, but they got the bounce and kicked their goals. Tough, but that's it.

Sorry old timer! :SILENCE:
One giants fan said to me yesterday he’d rather have lost 50-0, but no not for me- gutted we lost for sure but rather have been in with a chance even if we failed at the end.
That performance will have done our club the power of good on and off the field. Watson will find his recruitment a little easier this year for sure.
Just sitting down to watch it again. But I’m going to stop at 74 minutes………

Feel for the Huddersfield players and fans - we've been on the wrong side of final results plenty of times so definitely won't be rubbing that in. You were the better side for most of the game - we just managed to hang in there and if you're two points behind with 5 minutes to go then you have a chance. Leutele scared me to death every time he got the ball.

Looks like you're set to be serious contenders for all the trophies over the next few years.

Well played Huddersfield, not the greatest game, but you were unlucky not to win it, it was good to see another club, like Salford recently challenging for the awards.

The post above is probably the reason irate supporters decide to communicate with you.

I have no problem with people responding to my comments on forums and the like. Not sure why random people I don’t know, and aren’t communicating with would feel the need to private message me out of the blue rather than make it public- almost as if they knew what they were saying wasn’t acceptable… A bit creepy wouldn’t you say? Certainly not normal behaviour.

you don't half talk some tosh, you lost by two points  just one conversion would have at least brought extra time, you do need a decent kicker
also you need to stop smoking that weed believing you have to line up stars :PIMP:

Enjoy the loss you set of tools.

Posts like this remind me why I cant stand Wiggin Warriors. Must admit some of the home games that are played in the stadium owner by Wigan Athletic, you occasionally get some decent crowds. But it's still far too big for the silly pies..... :D Up the Leythers !

He missed some tough kicks on the day- it happens, if not for that player we wouldn’t have been in a position to win at all.
Never mind stars then- What you need at wakey now snowie is a miracle- and no kicker of goals- decent or not is going to help you. What you need is a decent coach. WP nice guy that he is, is not that and I’m afraid with Norman and Peats in Toulouse’s spine, bringing some direction to their squad- who also appear to have improved greatly fitness wise, A miracle could be all that saves Wakefield if you insist on sticking with what you have.

pathetic response, not all wiganers are bad winners/losers so surely you cannot hate all of them.
My take best team won as it says on the scoreboard doesnt mean Hudds didnt have the chances theu did but didnt take them one flash of brilliance is all it took could have been either side.

So hard lines Huddersfield better luck next time.
