York are having a great season and have only lost to Featherstone and Leigh and must be respected especially with home advantage, ford and Grix two promising young coaches clash for the first time and it should be a cracker. We know Harris from his time at fax will be a danger , I think ford as got a well balanced side with a blend of superleague experience and top championship players similar to fax.
I think the game will be close and will probably be decided on who completes their sets better and keeps the ‘ brain explosions’ to a minimum. We have threats all over the park and it’ll be interesting to see how York handle that as York have a pretty good defensive record . A win puts us within 2pts of York and a loss 6pts behind . Anyway looking forward to this one and hoping for a fax win .
On Liam, have to watch out for his short kicking game.
When attacking close to the line he regularly likes to drop it on his foot and stab it in behind the defence, it’s definitely a training ground play and the rest of the team are there in numbers for the follow up chase.
