Best performance of the season by a stretch, thought every one of them performed today. Defence was superb and we looked slick in attack, and our kicking game was the best I've seen from a Leigh team at Mount Pleasant.

Very pleased, if we can keep that level of performance most weeks then we'll be on to something good.

And frankly, who do we drop to fit Ferguson in to the team?

Have we ever nilled Batley at Mount Pleasent before. A touch away fixture for any team.

Bloody Hell - Reynolds had a stormer and a MoM award from Premier Sports. Brilliant performance from the team on that most difficult of pitches. 2nd half looked tough, but the points kept coming. Interesting to hear Lammy thinks McDonald is playing on the wrong flank.

Featherstone fans are in a flap after the Batley game. If the Flat Cappers thought the Sheffield semi-final game was all we have got, then they have got a wake up call. Brian McDermott looked deeply troubled watching the game.

Regarding your last point, SS, think Lammy used the word "might" when speaking of Nene as a right-sider. Probably an experiment to give ideas for rotation when Ferguson comes into the reckoning - that surely will be against rock bottom Worky (hopefully a full 80 in his legs).
