Go look at the threads on the Warrington forum about Briers, they're a mix of people saying he should be sacked as he's just there as a 'jobs for the boys' arrangement and he brings nothing and people saying he needs to have more say in the coaching setup because he could sort the attack.

Thanks, I understand what "seemed" means and I know what "hate" and "marginalised" mean too.

I don't need to look on the Warrington board and your hypothesis might of course be true. I don't know but as I said strong stuff for "seemed" from a 'know nowt' who wasn't there, and I presume not at Wigan, as an up to date comparative.

If everyone applied your logic no one would ever post anything. It was just a quick comment, but as ever you just obsess over tiny little details in the wording, your reply just wasn't worth posting was it.

If you wanted to wind up Leeds fans you would suggest sezer as signing of the season ?

Huddersfield Giants 2013 over achievers

Huddersfield Giants 2014 under achievers ??????????

He has been a good signing though. That's about the third or fourth time this season he's been the man of the match. He laid on three superb assists, defended really well and is playing the full 80 every week. He's improved a lot under Woolf.

To an outsider Hurrell does seem fitter this season but he was always going to look better in the best team in Super league though TBF. I can think of a few signings who would vie for worst signing of the season though.

Hurrell had a free run to the tryline, and a 10m head start, in the 54th minute of Thu night's game, and he still didn't score....

Brought down short by a player 20 kgs lighter.

Like weight matters in that kind of situation. Ashton's is a big lad and very quick. Saints were fatigued, you could see that in the fact absolutely no one managed to get anywhere near Hurrell. He even had to delay the play the ball so that someone was there to receive it.

Konrad went for 132 metres, blowing the other centres in the game away (Closest was Saints Mata'utia with 100) and all the forwards. He also made 11 tackles, 4 tackle busts and an assist too. Decent nights work. At Leeds he was doing two 15 minute stints and a band march after the game on the few occasions they won.

Love the way people are pretending Hurrell has been transformed at Saints. When he is still the same ratio of awful and brilliant as before. And the brilliant stuff was why he was in the Super League Dream Team twice in his three years at Leeds.

"Brian McDermott, with a wry smile, nods when asked if he remembers a specific incident which made him realise he was a prick. 'I do', he murmurs."

How many times did he play a full game at Leeds?
