If that is the case I'd fully disagree with it. Give the guy a good run of games and he might actually start looking good, potentially even worthy of an extra year. I'm not surprised he's been poor this year when he's been in and put of the team so much. I can understand the reasoning behind not playing him, but I want to see us win games and I think we have more chance of that with him in the side than Reynolds.

Even if that’s the case and it’s in his favour, surely the club have to agree it. Be bloody stupid if they can’t veto it, especially when the majority of his missed games have been disciplinary reasons, that alone must stand in the clubs favour?
Surely he should be getting a run out in the reserves this weekend then? Unless that counts as another appearance towards triggering his extension for next year....makes no sense him just sitting in the stands and not playing at all
