Is this a television issue, economic or due to the post Super League relegation season ?
Can we expect an increase in interest now we have reached a final?

As stated, I think all three have a part to play, and regardless of how many/who, is/are brought in, I don't see numbers through the gates improving except for games versus Fev and at playoff time. I am sure that DB will also know that this is the likely scenario this season (though hope for as many as possible of course). It is hard to criticise anyone not going right now, as disposable income is at an all time low for some and none existent for many. TV is an issue, with ever changing game days (though that is likely our long term future if we get where we want to stay) and the ability to watch games for less, and with less impact on personal/family time etc. I believe the SL relegation is likely the least of the three reasons, mainly because I think DB and the club have responded very positively and sensibly, but still a factor non-the-less.
I am buoyed by DB's recent comments re the building of the team this year is not a boom or bust scenario, and trust that he is a smart, experienced and realistic business man, with the added and vital bonus of being a passionate Leyther.

First game was in 1967, and have been hooked since day 1. Now live in Vancouver, Canada but follow our team any way I can.

I've not done a Monday night game this season and unless a home Monday night fixture coincides with me being off, then that figure could well be the same come the end of the season. I fully understand that PSs coverage increases the profile of the Championship but ffs put some other clubs on.

So turnstile issues create attendance problems..?

I've always found "reffy" to be a good poster on this forum. I might not necessarily agree with him but he's a Leyth fan,why do you try to insult fans at the earliest opportunity. Are you possibly a WUM with an agenda?

I would love someone to show me the benefits of being on Premier Sport vs thousands of fans missing 20+ matches in 2022........... If the championship is to be shown on TV surely the time and date should be agreed with the clubs and sold as that.... and i doubt many would be holding their hands up for 7.45pm on a Monday....

Who agreed to the tv deal Ste, Derek must have known it would affect us attendance wise - but has he benefited sponsorship wise

I very much doubt that any deal with PS had little or no input from Championship clubs or owners, unless you know otherwise?
