2 x plastics ( young Raaaaymand and me - although he's not so young anymore) coming out of the woodwork and setting off from Linconlshire this morning and looking forward to a great game. By heck it's a long time since I posted on here, it's amazing I can still remember my password. CMON U Giants.
"With a reaping hook, Cronus lopped off his father's genitals and flung them into the sea. From the drops of blood that fell on the earth came the Giants."

Town are at home at 12.30- but to be fair it’s a nothing game and many of the fans are talking about resting players for the playoffs as regardless of the outcome they are in the playoffs. They will finish either third (in which case they have a day less to prepare) or fourth. And as yet don’t know their opponents. Potentially an expensive month for Huddersfield sports fans!

6000 from Rovers shop plus another 1000 or so from the RL website apparently. So its looking at possibly just over 7000 sold in total. Should be a cracking atmosphere. The nerves are certainly starting to kick in now that's for sure.
About as complete a performance as i have ever seen in 30 years of watching the C&G. We have had better individuals than we have right now, but that was absolute control for 80 minutes, if we play like that in the final we will give ourselves a chance. Best Jermaine has played since the world cup, Cudjoe was chasing like a spring chicken, Forwards were utterly dominant and Leutele smashed the hell out them bringing the ball out of yardage. How much did it obviously mean to Hill looking at his celebration at the end? We will be written off for the final , and we have never put in a performance in our last two CC final outtings, but we seem to have a lot of cool heads in this team and we can dare to dream!

My son was made to eat his words today regarding a comment he made about Jermaines defence in the car on the way! We were laughing at him all through the game about it! Absolutely the right call to play Leroy on that side. Him and Jerry just understand each other so well. But who will play in the final…….. We weren’t perfect. But we were very solid and we will have to be even better in the final
the future's bright the future's claret and gold

Superb performance, hats off, well done. We didn't play well but a lot of that was down to you not letting us play. Forwards utterly dominated us, about the only thing I'll watch back is Jerry's try because it was right at the opposite corner and it looked special. Good luck and do it for Yorkshire in the final.
If there is no struggle, there is no progress. Those who profess to favor freedom, and yet depreciate agitation, are men who want crops without plowing up the ground. They want rain without thunder and lightning. They want the ocean without the awful roar of its many waters. This struggle may be a moral one; or it may be a physical one; or it may be both moral and physical; but it must be a struggle.

I'm sorry it had to be you guys that got that kind of performance from us, would much rather it had been one of the big boys we spanked as you are a team on the up, who needs success like we do. Today was our day and as i said previously if we can execute a gameplan like we did today and the cool heads can keep the occasion getting to us we could yet spring an upset in the final. Why not us for once? We now play a similar style to catalan and it has got them success in recent years. I am glad we have got Wigan and not saints in the final because saints do what we do, but better, whereas wigan (this year) are more similar in style to you (K.R). Either way we have to be at our very best and hope for an off day for Wigan or some early luck to sprint an upset.

I said the same today. Certainly the best we've played since the Nathan Brown days at least
