Having a discussion with a colleague at work about Henson as he'd done some work for him and I mentioned that he made a comeback with West Wales in RL. He laughed that off and said I was mistaken. But Google tells me he did. What happened to him, I can't see any record of him after his debut against Widnes?

He only played the one game (Challenge Cup v Widnes) in which it was subsequently reported he broke two fingers. Once over that injury, he reportedly picked up a calf muscle injury in training with West Wales and later decided that he wouldn't reach the level of fitness required to play competitive RL at the age of 39.

Oh, that's a shame. It did look positive for them with him and Rangi in the halves. Some talent there.

Did Rangi ever make an appearance for West Wales? I remember the announcement of the signing but nothing after that.

I think he played a few games, but then left for something else.
Chase and Henson were interviewed on BBC Radio Wales, along with Jonathan Davies, just before the start of the season.

He moved to Rochdale Hornets during the middle of last season.
