...and on the subject of injuries, I know RL is different because of the contact nature, you look at professional footballers who go through a run of injury after injury.

When they move clubs a decent conditioner looks at the history and tailors their fitness plan to strengthen areas and before you know it the run ceases.

Yes you get dislocations and concussions but torn muscles and the like sit with the conditioner, why are we so injury prone, why does recover take so long? Could it be because the players aren't fit or conditioned well enough for the game?
