On the face of it you would think absolutely no Chance we would take him back. He was superb in 2015, butI always think outside backs are in their prime in early to mid 20’s. At 30 he’s lost some pace and is now going down the mountain from his peak. We all know the long list of off field stuff with us , Cas and Wigan. If we do sign him it makes me wonder if some of our injured players may be out for a longer time than we know. If we do my guess would be until end of the season and then Smith can decide if wants to keep him or not for 2023. But as a few have said on here it shows what a state we are in if we sign.

He does tick all the boxes for what we need right now, do we cut or nose to spite our face. Sign him rolling monthly fir test of season. I don’t like it but its business.
Til the end of the season, giving Rohan Smith opportunity to asses whether he’s A) mended his ways (unlikely) B) is worth the offfield drama or C) isn’t worth the hassle but would help in the short term seems the best way of minimising the risk.
I would imagine it’d be half a years deal which would result in option C from the above. Looking at in glass half full Zak has always managed to keep his nose clean when he’s been early at a club on another ‘last chance’ so maybe he’d manage to do the same to the end of this season too?
I've heard he's pretty much signed at Leeds, the only thing delaying it is the salary cap. If he doesn't sign, he'll go to Fev.
Also sounds like he turned up to training drunk twice in close succession. Got a warning after the 1st one, then turned up half cut again not long after

Let’s not kid ourselves. He’s at a far higher level on the pitch than anything we have and has a good injury record!
