I'd roughly agree but think we may be better served defensively with Shaul at full back and Jake taking the six role with Grub, who has massively under performed, out of the picture, he's slow, he looks unfit and heavy and whoever sanctioned this signing, after seeing his West Tigers record, really needs to question themselves.

yes i agree with that.Thought that was partly what reserve team rugby was about How can you bring a player straight back into first team football after so many weeks out injured especially a front row forward. Crazy if Taylor is named on the bench at the expense of a fully fit player

I would also move Connor to halfback and Shaul to full back but this coach seems to have dug his heels in about moving Connor from full back

Geninue question can you think of a game when connor has played number 6 and had a motm performance? I honestly can't and I'm sure a lot on here were saying he isn't a stand off when he was being used in that role. For me he stays at fullback

Totally agree as Taylor needs to prove he is fit and recovered and a reserve game or two should be the the way to do that. We have Sao, Satae, Evans, Brown, Bowden and hopefully Fash available so no need to rush and risk Taylor. Savelio will be a big miss but Lane is more than capable to fill the void in his absence, maybe give Severs an opportunity too against Toulouse.
I really enjoy long walks especially when they are taken by people I don't like!

Severs is injured I think. As is Stavely. We are short of options in the back row with Scott and Griff out as well.
Jebson looks a prospect but might be too early for him.
