Longer term Welsby to Stand Off with Lomax at Scrum Half, thats if we can get Hopoate on a grass pitch to play Full Back without getting injured.

Short term Roby, Lussick or Bell in the halves with Lomax.

I'm right again. Reserves off to Cas. Only 1 (ONE) squad number in the first 13 and 3 in the first 17.

Our first team squad depth is 30 players. Squad no's 20, 21, 22, 24, 26, 27, 28, 29 are very good players and quite a few would get in the weaker teams of Superleague with the exception of No 29 Danny Hill.

Look out for Lewis Baxter 28 (Ex St Judes) very promising player. Another one to look out for is Ellis Archer (half back) from the academy is highly rated and progressing on a similar rate as Welsby .

We will need to transition some of these players from 2023 onwards its no good flogging our first 17, Woolf will give some opportunities to these young lads , that is what he was renowned for in OZ. We also have a 2pt buffer in the superleague, but I don't think the LLS is a priority for him he wants the major ones.

The young king will return next season just as good.

Yeh, Saints are similar with their star players Grace not played a superleague game yet, Matautia out for 6 weeks now, Hopoate can't get him on the pitch because of injuries, Dodd out for the rest of the season, and lots of HIA's this season and Sironen can't discipline himself beyond 1 or 2 games.
