I think the problem with transition just that it does take a lot of time to bring in new players. When we've been terrible we've had to bring in average players for more money than they were with because we've been desperate, eg Thompson. The problem is that we then compound that by making bad signings and we don't move forward much. This is why taking the eye of the ball after 2015 was so criminal. We were so dominant it was easy to build from a position of strength. We messed that up and it's then been a slog from there

I heard months ago that Trueman to Hull FC was a done deal? If you Compared Trueman's talents to Magsy's at the same age then Truey isn't anywhere close to being in the same class talent wise either a try scorer or even a play maker.
So despite all of the hype about him, I also wouldn't touch him with a barge pole. He's also a bit of a pr1ck too judging by his social media comments.

He’s an upgrade on anything we already have, and what’s he said to upset you?

He hasn't said anything to upset me Shabsy but I still think that he's a pr1ck for his social media comments, But then again he probably doesn't even realise what he's saying as he's clearly as thick as mince.

Heard the same myself in regards to Trueman and Hull FC. I wouldn’t be surprised if a few players are asked to leave the club, a few in my mind are Fusitua and Sezer.
