Im surprised that many thinking throwing youngsters in is just going to change the dynamics and course of our season. It would be an absolute slaughter of them. Lee Radford was guilty of throwing alot of youngsters in and it never paid off.

We are off the pace as alot have had injuries, unfortunatley some players never return the same and time isnt something we have.

Did Radford do that, I don't remember it too often, use to prefer to play a prop at hooker than give Litten a game.

We aren't talking about a full team, just maybe 1 or 2.

Hard to see how any player could be worst than Reynolds on current form.

I think we all agree there needs to be some fresh faces added. Still mega cheesed off over last 2 performances but jersey washed and call me a happy clapper but I'll be there on Monday. It's the hope that hurts the most lol

My grandson had talked me into taking him to this match. I agreed but if its anything like Friday's performance he'll be removed from my will.

Interested to know who you would replace?
Griffin and Reynolds for me
Johnstone guaranteed to be back on the bench and Bowden will play

Confidence is something that has being lacking in the club for a long long while. For one reason or another, players returning from injuries, not match fit or just questioning whether they can do it anymore and then throw in the odd 9/13 match losing run. You have to ask yourself what sort of enviroment is it like at our club at the moment, definetley getting it from all angles on the field, off it and on social media. Thats only gotta be magnified ten fold considering what is happening at our cross city rivals.

TBH mate im not so sure what the answer is, players need confidence but they will only get that from playing games. On the flip side we cant afford to carry people, its a very tough situation. Playing young kids wont work every week thats for sure but could it reignite a buzz? It could seriousley backfire or it could come up trumps who knows.

Hodgson for me needs to look around the dressing room forget history and salaries and find a 1 to 17 who will go in the trenches. Because we have seen what happens round here when things get really bad and that is not an enviroment to bring young talent into.

How many of that Rovers team were from the fire sale at Bradford ? Milnes, Storton, Ryan, Minchella ? The young lad from Featherstone has taken SL by storm. Maybe that’s were FC go wrong, signing big name stars on mega bucks when there is obvious talent in the Championship?
