I heard it was like, a proper first date. They enjoyed some mezes afterwards, followed by an Andana kebap. I don't think they went all the way on the first night though.

Don't see any mention of sharing the cost of repairs to the stadium.
The original agreement was put in place to reduce the chances of us going bust and was based on our gates being around 7.5K. The SMC was obliged to buy a thousand season passes to supplement our very limited income.
However, the SMC receives 50% of gate receipts above 7.5K, to compensate them for the pass purchases should the club attract larger attendances
By my reckoning, the books more than balance in the SMC's favour.
So Hull City are not subsidising the club, imho.
Is Hodgson the new Griffin, or is it all about pace?

Hopefully that can strike a deal that works better for both clubs.
IIRC, our original deal was based upon us retaining all our gate receipts on the first 7,500 fans and 50% of all gate receipts thereafter. Therefore, it makes any special ticket offer prohibitive as in affect we lose 50% on any higher gates.
I don’t think we make anything from food and drinks on the current deal, or how the current hospitality deals work.
Ideally, both clubs may work on a partial fixed rent that allows ticket offers to be more beneficial to both clubs.

Absolutely correct. With respect to Chris Chiltern who is a City legend and deserves the tribute, Johnny Whiteley MBE has achieved more than anyone else for sport in this City and should be honoured in the same way.
I guess a suite in the stand and not having to pay to have photos hung on the wall is the best we can hope for.
