Only 2 games for the club now in the next 34 days, so plenty of time for Coleman to firstly be given some new targets/KPIs by the boss.
1. Fitness. Again we've capitulated at the end of a game....this needs addressing.
2. Tactics. From what I've read, Coleman likes defence work and we do seem fairly robust there, but it would seem that all that early tackling comes back to bite us in the last 20. Fitness I've mentioned, but why not work on early offence too?
3. We need a half and we need a mongrel forward.

If we lose to York at home, we have a single home tie in April (bulls) before Dewsbury in May. Coleman needs to understand the direct correlation between results, fan interest and his wages, so quite simply.....if by 7pm on May 1st we don't have at least 4 points in the bag, he should be fired

As for the off field stuff. I'd drop the prices to £10.00 for the rest of the season with kids free, spend some money on face painters and posters and I'd open the doors for free for the visit of Dewsbury. If it costs is £10,000 of gate receipts then so be it, but it's a might win game.....and if we have kids stuff, a band etc.....we might just get another chance to make a good impression!
May 1st is 9 weeks away....get planning now. Book the band. Get sign off on free entry. Book the kids entertainment. Get NucknDusty ready. Dare I say reach out to a cheerleading Troup? Email every lapsed address we have asking them to wear their oldest broncos/crusaders/Fulham shirt....give free tickets by the bookload to every pub in the area......do everything you can to get 3,000 bodies through the door and make sure that they enjoy/remember it.......

Odds are both Colemans coaching CV and crowds will continue to plummet, but the reality is, another reboot at Wimbledon in 2022 is needed, because the first one went off like a dud firework

We have
    York (H)
    Barrow (A)
    Bradford (H)
    Sheffield (A)
    Leigh (A)
    Dewsbury (H)

I'd say 4 points is the absolute minimum, and 6 should be the target. I just dont see it however, we would need other teams to get hit by injuries while we go injury free to meet it

Dewsbury at home is the must win. Lose that and we are as good as relegated. Can’t see where the other 2 points comes from. Are you thinking Sheffield away? They seem to blow hot and cold. A strong 1st 13 but thin thereafter. Unusually they are one of the few teams that haven’t recruited from our ex playing staff so it may be they struggle to get players as well.

It’s difficult to see quite where the appropriate space is for a relaunch (I.e. an effective relaunch). The cluster of summer games in August/ September seems the best bet but (a) by then it could be all over bar the shouting and (b) the football season will have just started sucking all the oxygen out of attempts to drum up interest in other sports. Basically we’re in real strife! If we get out of this, the club really will have to learn some lessons on what not to do.

Sheffield away was my pick for our first win and I'll stick with it. As you say, Dewsbury is a must win.....

1. Yes we are
2. This club under Hughes never ever EVER learns lessons.....Hughes will blame the fans for not coming.

Anyone who thought combining a ground move with our worst ever squad would work out well was deluded. When you add the failure to build any sort of match day experience it seems reckless.

Let's not forget this is a club that has moved many times, we should already be experts at this.

Gus Mackay we salute you!!

I could not see how the move to Wimbledon combined with going part time was ever going to deliver an increase in attendance.
Having decided to relocate, the club ( David Hughes ) needed to chuck some money at a full time team so we could knock over teams at home. A successful team was crucial.
Then the fans you have attracted are likely to hang around.
You also have to consider, we start the season in mid winter, attracting new fans was going to be hard work, but offering nothing other than than a poor game ending in defeat. The project was doomed to fail.
As Jbuzza said. We should be experts at this moving ground thing. We have shown we are not.

Oh and and forgot appointing a part time coach who was used to operating at the bottom end of the division below.

Its Likely we will gain less Dons fans than they have lost in legacy fans, with the decision to go part time with very weak squad and coach out of his depth
