Anyone see the scoring pattern from the York Leigh match. Pretty much a carbon copy of ours.
I'm not trying to make excuses for our performance, but it's interesting that York had a second half hammering just like we did.

I don't see how we played against Leigh as much of a yardstick given they're miles ahead in terms of budget, conditioning, facilities etc. It's how we play against teams like Sheffield that we need to look at in comparison with others. We had a bad run at the end of last year after beating York comfortably. It continued with the Sheffield debacle a few weeks back. The next few games are v important to maintain interest. Perform poorly and people will find other things to do rather than watch the Bulls.

Last year watching Toulouse and Fev in the flesh I though they were a really good standard for the championship. Possibly only Toronto and Hull KR in recent memory would have beaten either. I didn't think that about Leigh. I thought we're hopeless.

Yes. Toulouse were one of the best I’ve seen in the championship last year and its a shame that the side in SL is probably weaker than the one that competed in the championship last year.

Leigh have just signed Krisnan Inu. Why weren't Toulouse in for him?

Some of the PT teams will have players who were at work at 6am that morning so anyone coming up against an FT team on Monday is at another, immediate disadvantage.

I suspect we'll see quite a few PT teams implode in the second half during Monday night games against FT opposition
