Moving on from the dire performance of last sunday. This should be a win. Weather will level it out slightly but we should be far 2 good to be troubled by them. Changes are needed to the squad this week and i think LJ LW should be back in the team and hopefully a dual reg player. Any news on kyle wood he makes a huge difference and would of helped to have him last week

Well one RL website has Fax down to lose this by 22v16! That would have been funny three weeks ago but now...? Worky were dire apparently intheir opening two games but put up a much improved performance against Fev at the weekend. Even so we surely can't lose this one can we? Can we? :NAUGHTY:

We lost to Oldham last year at a similar time in the season in better conditions so anything’s possible. It would be a disaster .

Presuming there are no new injuries.
(Did Bob come off holding his arm at one point second half.)?
Can’t see any changes to the back 3.
If Kyle is fit he’ll be back in with LJ missing out.
Inclusions. Maybe Elliot getting in to spell Will.
Apart from Cole Oakley who’s not getting a run I think that just leaves loans or DR to call on.
Whilst being as keen as the next Fax fan for a win there’s this gnawing sense of de ja vu about this scenario and the outcome.
Based on past experiences of all the supposedly better teams the one I would pick to slip up out of them all would be Fax in an away fixture in Cumbria.

Wouldn't surprise me if we lose . Will be another forward battle and kick for territory .

Not seen anything in the first 3 games to suggest this will be a comfortable win. With losses to Fev and Leigh to come it really makes this a must win game as starting the season 1 from 6 would be unacceptable. 2 From 4 isn't great you do feel we have the talent to recover from that.

Not sure if Workington is affected the same but having just watched the weather forecast looks like storm Eunice on Friday could be a real nasty one.
Some of the trees up hear that have already been dropped by previous storms are huge with the entire tree and root stocks twice in diameter size to the height of a man have been pulled out and flattened.
Others up to a couple of feet in diameter where the roots have held have just been snapped in two just above the ground with hundreds of others weakened and leaning.
Watch the weather and game updated for this one folks.

Workington have shipped in 116 points with -82 difference and are rock bottom with 0/3 after being promoted last season. There would be no excuses for a Fax defeat. Fax by 18. :D

They will fancy there chances if they have watched our first 3 performances. With it still being heavy going i think we could struggle in this one but i will go for a fax win 14-18. If we were to lose how bad do the club let it get with a double header with fev on the horizon and leigh we could be off to a even worst start then last season.

A complete mud feast in workington. It's a team tester after a 4hr coach trip and if they lose it feels like forever getting back . I will go for a very close fax win a prop Fairbank sliding over from 5 yds . But it could be a very long journey home for everyone . . It all depends on team mentality not quality of players on a nice dry flat pitch . Take some beer in your kit bags lads.
