Time for a coaching change?

I don’t see what a coaching change would achieve now.

The squad isn’t good enough. We have 2 senior halfbacks and the team isn’t fit enough.

We have a handful of decent players and the rest of the squad are average at best.

I’d bet my house on one of Fev / Leigh going up. I still think we’ll finish in the play offs - you could have the best coach in the world and we wouldn’t break into the top 2 with this squad.

That’s a more interesting observation than most could make about that second half to be fair.

Nothing will change mid season unless there is a risk of relegation a think
4-6 I think we will finish, the fitness coach if we have one must have glasses thinker than milk bottles if he thinks the players are putting in a shift each week.

If kears contract is up at the eos then we will go looking also need a fresh breathe with the assistants also

They won't sack him and he probably doesn't deserve it all things considered. Kear can probably get this side into the play offs if we can avoid too many injuries but it won't be exciting.

I wouldn't be offering him another 2 year deal though.

I feel that we’ve stagnated whilst our rivals have all made strides forward. A coaching change should be made at the end of the season.

How can you have a Yes/No answer to a Kear in/out question?
