No ban for currie, so the high shot that knocked someone out goes totally unpunished, why are we clamping down on head shots again? Player safety? Absolute farce. Cullens an absolute clown and the diciplinary not fit for purpose.

So Dwyer is banned. I agree we need to smarten up in this area, but a ban is a tough call imo and adds to the confusion why he wasn't sent off at the time. His offence deemed worse than the Currie one on Fusitua, and equal to Holmes on Donaldson. Anyway onto Wigan and it would be nice to see Corey Johnson get a chance, but if he's playing tonight it seems likely O'Connor will be interchange Hooker. If he had have been fit I wonder if Myler would have filled in at 9. Looking forward to it, but it feels like we are up against it a bit already. Partly self inflicted, granted.
Woody: Can I pour you a draft, Mr. Peterson?
Norm: A little early, isn't it Woody?
Woody: For a beer?
Norm: No, for stupid questions.

I still think the squad above is capable of a win, bar prop we are better equipped this year to deal with players out.
Hope Fuzzy can play though, not sure what the protocols are with him not going off with a HIA
There is one element that all Rugby league supporters want in the game`s officiating and that is CONSISTENCY . It is not rocket science , but over the years , it really has been impossible to achieve , and the latest approach to head high contact just seems to be continuing this abject failure . Whether intentional or not Currie concussed an opponent with contact to the head with his shoulder - how can that go unpenalised . In the Hudds v Toulouse game , Chris Hill catches an opposing forward flush on the chin with a swinging arm when making a tackle - missed by ref and linesman , but surely this has to be addressed by the Disciplinary. I don`t like to see coaches having a go at officials , but when they are not doing their job, then they should kop for the criticism they deserve , until they get it right

Yeah I agree, even with the players missing, that is a decent 17, especially if Newman is fit. Austin coming back helps with the expected loss of Myler. As well as Walker looked in his 1st game back I would like to see Myler given a go at fullback when Sezer and Austin are playing. He gives us a good link and we look more of a threat on attack with him at fullback imo. I would be very surprised if Fuzzy plays, regardless of whether the regulations rule him out. Agar seemed to suggest that he was suffering from concussion in his post match press conference.
