Quote MillennialRhino="MillennialRhino"Has his tone changed since Leeds or is it the same old? I always liked his interviews when he was a Leeds coach. He did do a bit of gentle teasing of the journalists, but why not - most sports press conferences are so dull, he at least would often say something considered and/or vaguely interesting.
I quite like Rich Agar's now too - but am not sure I could manage listening to most other coaches on the market very often (Furner's and Sinfield's were v. dull, for example, continuing the Leeds theme). And, generally, the less said about player Q&As the better.'"
Vague is a good description. The thing is he is downright rude. Rather than engage in conversation with the reporter, he just seemed to want to belittle him. Very strange.
