From Luton by car 1hr 15min - 1hr 50mins. That;s a big chunk of the M25, so from personal experience you can add another 30 mins at least to that. By bus/train 2hrs 2mins -2hrs 14mins. Here's one lapsed fan who won't be returning.
It may be worse than that. For years my nearest team was Hemel, 44 mins a good run. I chose to watch Oxford, 90 mins to Iffley Road, as I regularly got snarled between joining the M25 clockwise at the M3 through to the M1. Every third run took me up to three hours. Anti clockwise usually looked even worse between Heathrow and the M3 / A3.

Can you get a Thameslink train from Luton to Haydons Road? Might need to change at Blackfriars but it could be another option for you. Would take about 1hr 20mins even with a wait to change trains at Blackfriars.
Rise like Lions after slumber In unvanquishable number-- Shake your chains to earth like dew Which in sleep had fallen on you-- Ye are many -- they are few.'
I made the journey last night by train. Two changes and an hour and a half going. Two hours coming back. Haydons Rd station is just ten to fifteen minutes easy walk to the ground. The entrance to the stadium is a bit tucked away though. I have to say that I was impressed with the facilities and we were made to feel welcome. Sadly it was the same old faces that attended. Twenty five or so in number.

Yea the facilites are far superior to ealing, but your paying for those facilities at the expense of having the weakest squad ever/ going part time/ and having 80% of the ground empty even when playing the team with the most travelling fans (Bradford \ Leigh \ Fev)

Unfortunately, it appears you can't on a Saturday or Sunday!
