Wigan have have gone into a DR deal with Newcastle. I thought Newcastle had gone full time. So it looks like even full time teams in the championship still feel they need to get into bed with a SL club. What’s the point of being full time of your going to drop your players for a SL payer who hasn’t had a game at their club or coming back from injury.

As far as I know Leigh are full time next season , and gone on DR with St Helens , Fev are DR with Leeds but I don’t know if they are full time this season .

Fev aren't full time, though some of their players don't have a job outside RL.

I must have missed something being in the far east. I understood D R had been scrapped in favour of a loan system ? or have the mighty super league amended things to suit themselves again?
My Humble Opinion Only - let the knockers begin.

I saw a few fans getting all giddy on Facebook and laughing at teams going with DR but we will be DR'ing with Huddersfield wont we?

I would imagine so , the problem with duel reg is it messes up the cohesion of the team , if I was a player and getting dropped for 1/2 games so Huddersfield can warm up one of their players it would be frustrating to say the least , let’s say your Titus gwaze and you’re hungry and you’re training well and feeling like you’re ready then someone like Oliver roberts or matty English comes in for a game you’re gonna be frustrated to say the least . And you’re gonna be doubting your own ability and whether the coach trusts you .
Season long loans should be season long loans non negotiable, I think bourouh played about 30 mins when recalled last year , complete waste of time for the player and both clubs .

They simply won't exist then. The modern game is so attritional that SL clubs will hardly ever allow season-long loans without a recall clause, it would be madness to do so.
So what you're advocating is that as well as having the top 200 players in the country making up the 17-man squads in SL, players 201-400 (give or take a few) end up waiting for injuries or having the odd game in the reserves, whilst the Championship only has access to players outside the top 400, barring the odd splash Championship signing. Then the gulf in quality between SL and Championship becomes even bigger, and Championship clubs have to raid the already-struggling amateur game to pad out their squads and fulfil games.

FWIW (which may not be a lot!) Mick Gledhill said he was at the Shay for the Fax shirt launch and saw Oliver Roberts and Matty English there.
