Former FC player Stephen Holgate has passed away at the age of 49.

There are no details given, but from Twitter it suggests that he lost his job at Sellafield a couple of years ago, and didn't get any support.

Heartbreaking for his family. RIP Stephen

Such sad news so young good memories of him playing for the FC R.I.P.
