Both Warrington and Leeds got turned down for Truey. He also had NRL offers. So despite his injury concerns, he's hot property. I just can't see us getting him, but I'd be delighted if we did.

The words of fools mean nothing to one who resides in the truth.

Might have a good relationship with Gale and I think him and Scott also came through the academy together at Bradford.

Michael Shenton may also be a factor if this story turns out to be true.

May sound a bit conspiracy theory like, but could Hull FC have asked HDM to write that story to dampen down the speculation and hide the fact a deal is in place?
Seeing as we can’t speak to players until May officially

Maybe we were given permission this year to talk to him (other clubs did) before Gale was signed.

Is Hodgson the new Griffin, or is it all about pace?

Hope it is true but it cannot be unless we have broken rules and approached him / granted permission to talk to him, but if Warrington , Leeds or the NRL are viable options why on earth come here? No logic in this story , all three other options must be more attractive if he has ambitions to be winning SL or testing himself in a far superior and sunny environment.

Wire and Leeds were obviously granted permission to talk to him, why not us? In respect to Wire, perhaps he doesn’t like Powell, as I stated in a previous post. Leeds have just signed, Austin and Sezer, that’s why Gale left. As for The NRL, it just might be, that he doesn’t want to go halfway around the world, to play rugby, lots of players haven’t hacked it. Erm, Wire haven’t won Super League despite 4 finals, granted he has a better chance with Leeds but have faith, we may surprise a few, next season plus we haven’t got a clue which players we’re going after for 2023 season, we’re still guessing whether more players are coming for next season.
