I read that they couldn’t agree on a new contract, exactly the same as last year and when no one came in for him he resigned for Wakey. As I said, probably peanuts, if Bradford can match it.

I think Millward broke his jaw four times? Ronnie broke it twice, once at Wembley and the other time at the Boulevard the previous October, IIRC. 20-20 draw at The Boulevard last minute Charlie Birdsall touch line conversion.
