Interesting article in the HDM with Kane Evans further down he states “I used to be a really good runner, but I’ve sort of transitioned into a better defender. At the moment I’ve been doing some speed training to try and get that balance and get back that explosive running game, it’s not been as good as it was, but just physical and explosive, that’s how I like to play”.
Sounds promising at least.
I really enjoy long walks especially when they are taken by people I don't like!

Would like to see us sign a back tbh. Faraimo and Fonua out, Wynne missing a chunk of pre season, McIntosh in,

I agree very lucky to be still under contract otherwise he also would have been offered out. What i cant understand with Taylor is that whilst injured he didnt keep his upper body in shape. That to me shows lack of interest/professionalism and what does that say to his team mates

We have, Scott, Walker, Ferria, Barron, Speed, along with Griffin, Carlos and Wynne.
We also have Shaul, who i'm guessing is staying.
And Swift. What I'm saying is that after our first choice back 5 of: Connor Swift Tuimavave Griffin McIntosh
We're into youngsters pretty much, sounds like Shaul only wants to play FB.

So, players are about to return from a few weeks break and start 14 weeks pre-season training to get fit the new season. Scott Taylor suffers a serious foot injury which takes 12 weeks before he can start running for the first time in an anti-gravity machine. And you expect him to be in tip-top condition. Please don't remind me of his upper body shape, you've mentioned it plenty of times before.
Is Hodgson the new Griffin, or is it all about pace?
