I like the "Captains Challenge" they have in the NRL.

Pleased to see scrums back as the 6 again was always a lottery and to be fair spoilt a fair number of games and thankfully the god awful ball steal has been culled.

Also pleased to see they have addressed the issue of the gamesmanship re 'injuries' with regards to treating players off the pitch which will hopefully put an end to the time wasting injuries that had crept in to the game.

I really enjoy long walks especially when they are taken by people I don't like!

Personally, I don’t see the point of scrums in Rugby League.

The direct diagonal feed into the second row/loose forward is pointless and embarrassing for the game. For me, you either revert to a competitive scrum or a set restart.

It splits the forwards from the backs, giving space for something "different" to happen.

Is Hodgson the new Griffin, or is it all about pace?

But this rarely happens.

Often you have a forward running in from stand off. Rarely do you see an imaginative move from a scrum. Can’t imagine us calling something like the ‘Runaround’ move like we used to score twice in three minutes in the 1982 Cup Final replay.

100% agree with this post... I'd rather see a RU style line out from the side than a sham scrum when the ball goes out. If a player knocks on then just hand over and get on with it.

Won't miss the strip rule... that was s***.
