Well done Sam, mature player these days, for me only Abdull put in a decent challenge.

The HKR halfback was leading MOS for quite a while but injury ruled him out for quite a few weeks at a crucial stage of the season. Tomkins is a deserved winner though.

Tomkins has become a really good player considering injuries really effected his speed and footwork.

I thought his return to Wigan was underwhelming and you could see a player clearly not able to do things he previously could do.

At Catalan I feel he and Mcnamara have found the best way to use him without relying on the physical gifts that injuries took away.

It was done on points per game anyway.
