Johnson has adopted a number of socialist policies and is currently pretending to be a fan of the NHS and this despite having been in the party that froze their wages (and those of other public sector workers) and has once again massively restricted wage increases among the public sector.
Indeed, it took the Scottish government to shame him into offering NHS staff something above a paltry 1% increase.

This is where you can see that despite his often bold words, his instinct is to hammer the public sector
