lol guess work by some, they may be right but i think shaul will be in the 17

I'd honestly use Connor Wynne from the bench at hooker as an alternative, Johnstone brings zero speed to the ruck. Hodgson obviously wants speed against tired legs.
Bit disappointed Fonuas back in the match day squad, doesn't send a good message out after breaking protocols before a Derby in what was a huge match with regards to keeping our season alive.......
That and he's been poop. Let's hope he leaves the bravado and ego at home tonight and plays with his brain
not sensible lose tonight and we go down to eighth
If your after speed as in pace from the ruck in the last 20 I think wynnes a far better bet than Johnstone, if Shauls got the skillet to do it I'm sure Wynne has too.
And Fonua has been awful, forms deserted him, nothing unsensible about those suggestions
We could play the disinterested Johnstone and lose and go down to 8th.
We could play the unprofessional out of form Fonua and lose and go to 8th too.........

Spot on....
Jake Connor; Bureta Faraimo, Carlos Tuimavave, Cameron Scott, Adam Swift; Ben McNamara, Marc Sneyd; Scott Taylor, Danny Houghton, Ligi Sao; Andre Savelio, Manu Ma’u; Jordan Lane
Subs: Mahe Fonua, Chris Satae, Jordan Johnstone, Brad Fash
Cas: Niall Evalds; Derrell Olpherts, Peter Mata’utia, Jordan Turner, Greg Eden; Danny Richardson, Gareth O’Brien; George Griffin, Paul McShane, Daniel Smith; Alex Foster, Cheyse Blair; Nathan Massey.
Subs: Liam Watts, Oliver Holmes, Adam Milner, Suaia Matagi
Is Hodgson the new Griffin, or is it all about pace?
Looking forward to seeing McNamara now he has a few more experienced players around him. He's been having to play in pretty depleted squads but now he should be behind a pack which is on top and having Jake around him taking a lot of pressure off. Can see him having a great game tonight.
