I'd definitely release Fonua if we could though, thought he turned the corner when he first moved to the centre, but form has been poor and breaking club rules now is not a good example. Been very quiet on social media last week.

Reasonable point about Faraimo's mistakes but there's not many wingers that can bring the ball back with such power and get the team on the front foot.

I really enjoy long walks especially when they are taken by people I don't like!

Agree with you to a point Dave re Faraimo but I do think he’s been much improved this season in terms of mistakes made and also his defence. He’s been very strong and gained us territory particularly in the absence of Griff.

Out the two I think Fonua is the weakest and like you thought he’d turned the corner when moving to centre but it didn’t last and his ability to concede penalties along with his errors are just unacceptable.

Some great performances on show from us. Nice to see Jamie back. Loved the way he went to Hooker straight away. Better passing from PTB and looking to back the runners up down the middle.

I doubt they have in East Hull, so many with 6 fingers and no teeth.

Funny you should say that as 40% of Ull fans live in East hull due to the Slum clearance of Hessle road in the 70's

He specifically said "the unwashed of East Hull" and we all know who he meant by that.

I think the Dobbins (team and supporters) turned up expecting the win and got a bit of a shock. Think they’d started to believe Sky’s BS hype.
We neutralised their second phase attack, and they didn’t know what to do when it didn’t work. I was confident we could score whenever we got down their end.
Their MO is to score a lot of early points and hang in for the win, but in all honesty they were never truly in the game. They only reason why they had a sniff Is because they got every decision. It would have been a travesty if they’d pinched it.

It wasn’t even one of our best performances, but it was good enough to make the great unwashed pipe down a bit, so that will do for me.
